Core Web Vitals Reference Table

Quick lookup for metric thresholds and what they mean for your site

Metric Good Needs Work Poor
LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) 2.5s 2.5s - 4.0s > 4.0s
FID (First Input Delay) 100ms 100ms - 300ms > 300ms
CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) 0.1 0.1 - 0.25 > 0.25
TTFB (Time to First Byte) 600ms 600ms - 1.8s > 1.8s
INP (Interaction to Next Paint) 200ms 200ms - 500ms > 500ms

These thresholds are based on Google's official Core Web Vitals criteria. Most of these metrics are measured on real user data (RUM) and aren't just lab measurements. If you're consistently in the "Good" range across your pages, you're doing well.
